Welcome to Bio Boost (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of the Bio Boost mobile app and related services (“Service”). By downloading or using Bio Boost, you agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the app.
1. Description of Service
Bio Boost generates bios or short text based on text you enter or photos you choose. The app includes 4 free bios, then a $4.99 weekly subscription for unlimited bios.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
3. Subscription / Payments
After your 4 free bios, Bio Boost requires a subscription:
- Price: $4.99 / week (auto-renewing)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled 24h before renewal.
- Manage or cancel any time in App Store account settings.
- Free trial (if offered) ends when a purchase is made.
4. User Content & Responsibility
- You are responsible for any content (text or images) you upload.
- You must have rights to the photos and text you provide.
- You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, copyrighted, or offensive content.
5. AI Content Disclaimer
Bio Boost uses third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini or OpenAI) to generate bios. AI-generated content may be incorrect, unexpected, or require editing.
We are not responsible for how others interpret or use your bio.
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee results (e.g., dating success or engagement improvement). The app provides suggestions — final decisions are yours.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the Service, violate these Terms, or abuse the subscription offering.
8. Changes to Service
We may modify or discontinue features without notice. We may update these Terms at any time and will update the “Effective Date.”
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bio Boost is not liable for:
- damages relating to the use of AI-generated content,
- loss of data, or
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
