3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features are available through a paid subscription (e.g., weekly subscription).
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (via Apple’s App Store) to charge the applicable fees.
• All payments, billing, and refunds are managed through Apple App Store policies. We do not handle refunds directly.

4. AI‑Generated Content

• Compliments and responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
• While we strive for positivity, we cannot guarantee that all output will always be accurate, appropriate, or free from error.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for how you use and interpret AI‑generated content.

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including all content, branding, and design, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

• The compliments and suggestions are for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice.
