1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RizzMate (the “App,” “Service,” or “RizzMate”), operated by RizzMate (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using RizzMate, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

RizzMate is an AI-powered dating communication assistant. The App may allow users to upload screenshots, images, chat conversations, dating profile content, bios, prompts, and related text so AI can generate suggestions such as:

• Conversation analysis
• Opening messages
• Reply suggestions
• Dating profile feedback
• Bio improvement suggestions
• Ask-out recommendations
• General dating communication coaching

The Service is intended for informational, entertainment, and communication-assistance purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RizzMate. Because RizzMate relates to dating communication, you should only use the App if you are old enough to use dating services in your jurisdiction and in compliance with the rules of any dating app or platform whose content you reference.

By using RizzMate, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for any screenshots, images, text, messages, profile content, notes, instructions, or other materials you upload, submit, paste, or provide to RizzMate (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights or permissions to submit the User Content.
• Your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
• Your submission does not violate any law, platform policy, dating app rule, or third-party agreement.
• Your submission does not contain highly sensitive information that you do not want processed by AI services.

5. Screenshots Involving Other People

RizzMate is designed to analyze communication context, profile text, bios, prompts, and conversation patterns. It is not designed to identify people, verify identities, determine who someone is, or infer sensitive personal characteristics.

You should consider the privacy of other people before uploading screenshots that include their names, photos, messages, usernames, social media handles, or personal details.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

RizzMate uses artificial intelligence to generate content and insights. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. You should not blindly rely on AI output when communicating with others.

RizzMate does not guarantee that any AI-generated message, opener, profile suggestion, or dating advice will produce replies, matches, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome.

7. No Professional Advice

RizzMate does not provide legal, psychological, therapeutic, safety, medical, financial, or professional relationship counseling advice. The App provides general AI-generated communication suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You should use your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.

8. No Dating Guarantees

RizzMate does not guarantee improved dating success, increased matches, replies, attraction, compatibility, dates, relationships, or romantic outcomes.

Any examples, marketing copy, screenshots, or feature descriptions are illustrative only and do not promise specific results.

9. Responsible Use

You agree to use RizzMate respectfully, lawfully, and responsibly. You may not use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, deceive, stalk, or manipulate others
• Generate messages that pressure someone after they have expressed disinterest
• Bypass someone’s boundaries, blocks, or consent
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to identify private individuals in screenshots
• Infer or target sensitive personal characteristics
• Create hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, or unlawful content
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Violate dating app rules, platform terms, or applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the App or its systems

10. Sensitive and Prohibited Content

You should not upload screenshots or text containing highly sensitive information, including government IDs, passwords, financial account numbers, private health information, explicit images, illegal content, or confidential information.

We reserve the right to restrict or block content or usage that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the Service or other people.

11. Subscriptions, Free Uses, and In-App Purchases

RizzMate may offer free usage limits, paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, trials, or premium features. Free usage limits and premium features may change over time.

Paid subscriptions may provide access to features such as unlimited or increased AI generations, premium tools, advanced analysis, or other benefits shown in the App at the time of purchase.

12. Apple App Store Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process your payment card directly. Your purchase is subject to Apple’s payment terms, App Store rules, and Apple ID settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise described by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

13. Trials and Promotional Offers

If RizzMate offers a free trial, discounted subscription, promotional price, or limited offer, the terms will be presented in the App or App Store purchase flow. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial may convert into a paid subscription according to Apple’s terms.

14. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RizzMate for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law.

15. Ownership and Intellectual Property

RizzMate, including its design, branding, code, graphics, text, features, workflows, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.

16. Your Content License to Us

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to RizzMate, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, analyze, display, and use that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

This license includes the right to send your submitted content to third-party service providers, including AI providers, solely as needed to operate the App.

17. Third-Party Services

RizzMate may rely on third-party services, including AI providers, subscription platforms, analytics tools, crash reporting services, cloud providers, Apple services, and customer support tools.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, data practices, and retention rules. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

18. Privacy

Your use of RizzMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, processed, shared, and stored. Please review it carefully before using the App.

19. App Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of RizzMate at any time, including features, free usage limits, premium benefits, pricing, AI models, or supported tools.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system.

20. Account, Device, and Local Data

RizzMate may operate without a traditional account, or it may use device-based storage, Apple purchase entitlements, local history, or other app data. If the App later offers accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

Deleting the App may remove locally stored data, subject to your device backup settings and any third-party retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

21. User Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

22. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RizzMate if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the Service, infringed rights, violated law, or harmed other users, the public, or the App.

You may stop using RizzMate at any time. Canceling a subscription must be done through your Apple account settings.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

RizzMate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzMate and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of RizzMate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to RizzMate will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RizzMate and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

• Your use or misuse of RizzMate
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of law or third-party rights
• Your communications with other people based on AI-generated content

26. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded RizzMate from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as they relate to your App Store use.

27. Export and Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using RizzMate, including export control laws, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, and communications laws.

28. Governing Law
