3.3 AI Inputs and Outputs

We may process the screenshots, image content, text prompts, selected tones, selected categories, and related information you submit in order to generate AI results. AI-generated results may include suggested replies, openers, profile optimization tips, chat analysis, ask-out suggestions, and similar content.

3.4 Usage Data

We may collect limited app usage information, including:

• Number of free uses remaining
• Number of AI generations used
• Feature selected, such as Chat Analyzer, Opener Generator, Reply Coach, Profile Optimizer, or Ask Them Out
• Subscription status, entitlement status, and purchase-related state
• App launch events, button taps, paywall views, and feature usage events

3.5 Purchase and Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription or other in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive information from Apple or our subscription management provider showing whether you have an active subscription, trial, renewal, cancellation, refund, or entitlement.

3.6 Device, Diagnostic, and Technical Information

We may collect technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the App, such as:

According to OpenAI’s API data controls documentation, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the API customer opts in. 7. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are responsible for all screenshots, images, text, and other content you upload or submit to RizzMate. You should not upload content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person’s privacy, or content that contains confidential or highly sensitive information.

By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis to submit that content for AI processing.

8. Privacy of Other People in Screenshots

Screenshots may contain information about other people, including their names, photos, profile content, messages, usernames, or social media handles. You should consider the privacy of others before uploading screenshots.

RizzMate is designed to provide communication suggestions and dating-related insights. It is not designed to identify people, verify identities, determine sensitive traits, or provide invasive analysis of individuals.

9. No Identity Verification or Sensitive Attribute Analysis

RizzMate does not claim to identify people in images, verify a person’s identity, determine whether someone is a specific real person, or infer sensitive personal characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, health status, or other protected attributes.

AI results should be used only for general communication assistance, entertainment, and informational purposes.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or not suitable for your specific situation. RizzMate does not guarantee that suggestions will result in replies, dates, matches, relationships, or any particular outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending, posting, or relying on it. Use your own judgment and communicate respectfully.

11. Dating Safety and Responsible Use

RizzMate is intended to help users communicate more clearly and confidently. It should not be used to harass, manipulate, deceive, impersonate, stalk, pressure, exploit, or harm others.

You should not use RizzMate to bypass someone’s boundaries, continue contacting someone who has asked not to be contacted, or generate messages that are threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

12. How We Store Information

Data may be stored locally on your device and/or processed through third-party services depending on App functionality.

For a privacy-focused implementation, RizzMate may process screenshots temporarily for AI generation and avoid permanently storing raw screenshots on our servers. If the App includes History or saved results, we may store AI-generated outputs, usage information, or local thumbnails depending on your settings and the App’s functionality.

If screenshots or AI results are stored locally on your device, deleting the App may delete locally stored data unless it has been backed up by your device or cloud backup settings.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, manage subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve safety, and support legitimate business purposes.

Uploaded screenshots may be processed temporarily for AI generation. Third-party AI providers may retain submitted data according to their own policies and applicable agreements.
